H2S

Chemicals which induce the release of hydrogen sulfide, increase endogenous production of hydrogen sulfide, or somehow yield hydrogen sulfide as a metabolic byproduct...? Besides, of course, hydrogen sulfide.

Interesting about garlic, thanks for pointing that out. What is the slow release H2S donating molecule? Or are you referring to the myriad allylated garlic-derived organic polysulfides which yield H2S in some interaction with RBCs that I have yet to read about fully because I'm not in the library...
